Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 10, 2019, Eton submitted an abbreviated new drug application(“ANDA”) to the U.S Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for its DS-300 hospital injectable product candidate. Eton’s ANDA was submitted with a Paragraph IV certification.
On December 11, 2019, Eton was notified that its partner has submitted an amendment to the EM-100 product application to address the issues raised by the FDA in the Complete Response Letter received on July 11, 2019.
